The best baked goods you’ll find in the lower Hudson valley!! Come for the sourdough, stay for the coffee and pastries, then come back again Friday night for their handmade pizza, and maybe stop in a night or two for their premade food to go!! You LITERALLY cannot go wrong here!!

Delicious breads and baked goods. Also some lovely foods. Not a lot of seeding inside or outside. I drove past this place 10 times before I realized what it was. Better signage would help. Highly recommend

Wow I happen to be in the area and was starving and found this gem! First off you walk in and are intoxicated with delicious bakery smells that make you happy then I basically had to try a bunch of things because it looked So good! Linzer tarts - delightful buttery thin with the perfect jam and powdered sugar ratio. The pasta salad was so good, and chick pea was yummy. The staff at front were lovely patient friendly and clearly loved where they worked. What a delight!

It took us too long to finally eat here, and we weren't disappointed! We've had their stuff at a few street fairs and the bread before, but we weren't quite prepared for the variety and deliciousness of this place! Special breakfast and lunch sandwiches were amazing, and all baked goods we've ever had are great. You'll pay a little premium for the quality, but it is well worth it.

Outstanding food. I love the bread, breakfast, cookies and scones! Chase the business owner is incredible - I saw him going around the property and sidewalk area cleaning the litter. He not only produces fantastic quality food but is an upstanding member of the community. Support this business!

A couple of weeks ago I was driving along Route 9A through Croton-on-Hudson when I chanced upon The Hudson Oven. I was tempted to stop when I noticed a display case of delectable pastries through the shop's large window facing the road. I'm so glad I did! I had an exceptionally good breakfast burrito, with fluffy scrambled eggs, some Mexican style beans, avocado, and a wonderful blend of seasonings. The yellow beet salad with fennel was unusual and excellent. I'm planning to return to sample some of the pastries as well as their raisin and nut bread, which is apparently available only on Fridays. Bravo to The Hudson Oven! May you continue to thrive!

Where do I begin? Every single thing we tried was AMAZING! Beef Stew, crust less quiche, scones, daily soup, panko crusted chicken nuggets, beet and orange salad. One was better than the next. Highly recommend!!!!
